NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDUlE?

If you need to cancel, I completely understand. However, last minute cancellations or reschedules prevents other guests from booking those time slots. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can cancel online or just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. If I am not notified, or you have to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled the same day, your card will be charged 100% of the service.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

RUNNING LATE?

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be reopened or given away to another client, and you will still be charged 100% of the service. If I keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
